They also have experience in Competition Law to advise companies and entrepreneurs when they consider themselves to be subject to unfair competition or as a preventive measure to avoid that, through ignorance, they can develop activities or take business decisions that can be interpreted as unfair competition; and in the drafting and implementation of terms and conditions on websites, which are so relevant in an era marked by e-commerce.

Additionally, the firm has handled multiple trademark proceedings concerning national and international registration applications and their defense; consumer law proceedings such as warranty claims.

• Competition Law: we defend the employer against acts of unfair competition contemplated in law 256 of 1996. Likewise, we offer preventive advice in order to avoid the commission of one of these conducts.
• Consumer Law: support in warranty claims, either directly to the supplier or before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. Elaboration and implementation of terms and conditions in web sites.
• Registration of Trademarks: trademark applications, both in Colombia and internationally. Trademark defense.
• Data Protection: elaboration and implementation of data processing policies and their respective manuals.
